THE TEAM

Pelican Racing is managed by Ian Gilmour as Managing Director, Ash Holmes and Phil Devereux as co-Directors. After the fleet grew to 12 Laser SB3's in June, we employed a John Taylor as Fleet manger to take care of the fleet in the busy summer months.

Now in 2010, 2 new seasonal instructors, Jonny and Laura.

Pelican Racing has the biggest one design keelboat fleet on the South Coast. Based on the Isle of Wight, Cowes, we are on one of the busiest bodies of water, The Solent. Which provides excellent and challenging sailing conditions. 2010 events include City racing challenge, Warsash Spring series and Championships, Solent Series, ISC Tuesday Evening Series, JP Morgan Round the Island Race, Cowes Week, Torbay Open, Royal Southern YC Regatta, Inland Championships, National Championships, World Championships, Hamble Winter Series.
